Like its bigger brother the Naos, the Avior is that rarest of beasts, a fantastic gaming mouse that's also subtle in design. There are no enormous logos or flashy color schemes, build quality is superb, the soft matte finish to the exterior is extremely comfortable, and not once did it stall, slow down or glitch out during tests.

When i first got my hands on the Naos 5000 roughly 3 years ago i was very intrigued by its large size which was obviously aimed at superior comfort compared to regular gaming mice and the fact that 3 years later Mionix is still continuing the Naos line...

I really enjoyed using the Mionix Avior 8200. I used it daily for several months, and it still looks brand new. Everything about this mouse is amazing, except probably the price. It's going for $90 on Newegg.com right now, which puts it in the top tier...

I feel like the AVIOR 8200 is really designed to cater to a different type of gamer than the NAOS, which is heavier in weight and can't be used by left handed gamers. Featuring a medium arch and a long body on the AVIOR 8200, even people who prefer palm...

Mionix did a nice job with the design and implementation that went into the Avior 8200. Longer lived Omron switches, the current top tier laser sensor, the multiple applications of the rubberized coating, its ambidextrous nature, all the way down to the...

When looking first at the Avior we will remember a bit the Taipan from Razer, only that Mionix’ offering is a little bit wider and comes with a rubber coated top. The manufacturer has fine-tuned the Avago 9800 sensor in order to fix the Z-axis drift...

This is a very nice mouse, I personally like it. It works well even with smaller hands due to its perfect size. Its functional and comfortable for both left and right handed users, and I really think the market lacks gaming mice for left handed users...

For those not wanting those extra features and simply wants to make sure they're getting one of the better gaming mice on the market, shelling out $90 for the Mionix Avior 8200 just might make sense. That could be especially true for those who share their computer with a southpaw.

Mionix's ambidextrous mouse is equal to the NAOS in terms of comfort. You can grip the AVIOR more freely than you can the NAOS, which allows you to grip it in many more ways than other mice - the AVIOR works equally well with a palm- or finger-type grip. Left-handed gamers will also quickly learn to love this mouse for its ambidextrous design.

The Avior 8200 is another excellent mouse from Mionix and you'll be well served by it. If you're in the market for a new gaming mouse you won't be disappointed. While $90 may be a bit rough, a mouse is something you use all the time so I personally feel it's worth the money.

Overall, the Mionix Avior 8200 is a great choice for PC gamers – either right-handed or left-handed – that are looking for a simple gaming mouse without all the bells and whistles. It's comfortable and has good response time and action on mouse clicks.

Full of choice and customization, it’s hard to go wrong with the AVIOR 8200. It’s form factor design is a bit smaller than I’d like. This is a sophisticated gamer mouse and rests at almost a modest price.

Même en chipotant, les reproches que l’on peut faire à cette Mionix Avior 8200 se comptent sur les doigts d’une main de lépreux (humour…), et après quelques jours passés en sa compagnie pour travailler et jouer, on peut dire que le produit respire le...
