Adjustable height, Ambidextrous design, Bluetooth connectivity, Works with Windows or Mac.
Compact, easy to store and carry with yo, Reasonably priced, smooth quick responce to movement, adjustable hight, Found no "phantom movement" with it.

Cons:

Stiff scroll wheel and middle button, Height adjustment may not be so ergonomically sound.
Not sure about stand by mode
