Cutting edge graphics details.
Built-in scenario editor.
Key improvements over previous games in series.
Three new Native American Nations to lead into battle.
Updated world graphics.
Fairly quick paced games.
Simple Controls.
Fun game to play, online and story mode.
New havoc physics engine.

Cons

No cross-platform multiplayer support.
Heavy system requirements.
Especially for multiplayer.
Not much difference from the original game.
Lack of riveting story line.
Lack of advanced strategy abilities.
Home City advancement a bit lame.
Need supercomputer to run graphics at a high level.
Computer and path finding AI still in the Forrest Gump IQ range.
