Massive game, fantastic online coop.
New units, maps, and campaign.
Gorgeous new setting, New weapons, both retro and modern, More accessible for newbies, Same great Arma combat, Avoids Arma II's bugs.

Cons

Weak sound and bad physics.
Movement can still be clunky.
AI drivers still terrorize the roads, Online play can be annoyingly unpredictable.
