Pros

Amazing combat.
Millions of possible weapons.
Fun mashup gameplay.
Addictive.
Awesome Loot System.
Simple to get the hang off.
Awesome Art Style
Satisfying combat and the gorgeous art design.
Great system of rewards.
Lots of quests.
Lots of loot.
Great-looking world with quirky characters.

Cons

Friends must be same level for multiplayer.
No world map.
No goal marker in fast travel.
Can drag on a bit in the middle.
Can get pretty boring while playing alone.
The multiplayer implementations could use some improvement.
Slower-paced for a solo player.
Massively unsatisfying "climax".
Lackluster loot sharing system.
The storyline isn't told especially well.
RPG elements aren't all that deep.
AI is pretty dumb.
