Pros

Smog-thick atmosphere.
Masses of replay value.
Wide selection of choices.
Different tactics are rewarded.
Spacious environments riddled with pathways and secrets.
Openness of the level structure.
Freedom to be creative with the combat.
Graphically, the Unreal engine has never looked better.
There may be flaws, but they are negligible and won't cause massive damage to what is a supreme title.

Cons

Stilted voicework and animation.
Occasional AI and physics glitches.
Dark Vision will make you miss out on the game's beautiful world.
Steep difficulty at the start can be discouraging.
Stealth option gets trumped by action gameplay.
