Pros

Amazing graphics.
Massive Battles.
Tons of gameplay options and replayability.
Future multiplayer could be amazing.
Excellent changes to empire map.
"Road to Revolution" campaign.
More accessible.
Fun new factions.
Naval units add new strategic layer.

Cons

Where before the series mostly focused on Europe on this one they unleash the world, allowing you to take on the America's, India, the Middle East, and faithful Europe.
Naval unit movement and combat is a bit iffy.
Interface and information screens still a bit confusing.
