Pros

Amazing world full of excitement and adventure.
Runs great on almost any machine.
Looks incredible.
Engrossing gameplay.
Tons of weapons.
Replayability.
Great storyline.
Looks/Plays great.
VATS is awesome.
Combat system is great overall.
Side quests feel really rewarding.
Stat/Skill/Perk well implemented in an FPS/TPS environment.
Excellent replay value.
Really good storyline.
Freedom to explore what you want, when you want.

Cons

The game crashes a lot.
Low level cap.
Main quest kind of dull.
Lots of walking around.
Main quest line is a bit short.
The story and characters can feel a bit sterile.
Combat feels mildly clunky.
VATS can make things a bit too easy.
Some problems with Windows Live accounts.
