Beautiful graphics.
Interesting characters.
Nice side quests.
Great combat system.
Choices can have consequences.
Deep story.
Intuitive combat.
Solid role play.
Great Optimization.
Well written script.
Great mini-games (mining/hacking).
Well tuned action.
Excellent dialogue and voice acting.

Cons

Cerberus Network is clunky.
Main story is full of holes.
If your choice crosses the designers whims, the designers win.
Too many incongruities with original game.
Side missions can be distracting.
Underwhelming end.
Predictable plot
Lots of text can be tedious.
Vehicle handling is a bit irritating.
Oversimplified equipment management.
A few boss fight gimmicks.
