Attention to detail.
Firefights at 'real' range.
Outstanding visuals.
Exciting voiceover work.
Realism effects such as projectile paths and damage effects.

Cons

Campaign is not as dynamic as it first seems.
Vehicle control is too arcade-like.
AI, both for your squad and the enemy could use some work.
