Pros

High efficiency.
Unbelievably low ripple at 12V.
Very low voltage drops in Advanced Transient Response Tests.
Excellent performance in Turn On Transient Tests.
Low noise levels even with full load and 50°C.
80 Plus Gold Certified.
Cables are fully sleeved all of the way into the PSU housing.

Cons

High price.
Loose voltage regulation on minor rails, especially at 3.3V.
Many hardwired cables.
