Excellent print quality.
Full of features.
Simple to use on-printer menus.
Duplex printing saves paper when printing documents.
6 inks in separate tanks.

Cons

Large for an A4 printer.
Very deep.
Pretty slow printing duplex documents.
Flimsy catch tray.
Printing from Photoshop seems to always default to text quality.
Scans seem a little lighter than expected.
