Pros:

Tiny, no focusing required, fanless, silent operation. Built in speaker and rechargeable battery (up to 3hrs via HDMI)
Lightweight. No need to adjust focus at any distance from screen. Can connect via HDMI with MHL support or wirelessly with Miracast or DLNA.

Cons:

You're not going to get anything close to the brightness and clarity of a TV/monitor or traditional projector. Resolution up to 720p
Need to position the projector in a mount or near the front edge of what it's resting on, or the bottom of the image will be cut off by the supporting surface
