Pros

Great wireless and wired performance.
Intuitive and easy to use web GUI.
Easy software based setup.
USB functionality.
Feature packed.
Easy to install.
Nice looking.
Good WIFI connection.
Gigabit ports.
Good price.

Cons

Would be nice to see application based QoS controls.
Dissconnection issues from time to time even at close range.
Media Server is a bit buggy.
