Great still and video image quality.

Great battery life.
Far fewer dropped calls than AT&T version.
Solid 3G performance.
Personal hotspot feature.
Super-sharp Retina display.
Easy-to-use touchscreen keyboard.

Cons

LED flash is weak and inconsistent.
Flash produced blue cast in images when shooting in tungsten light.
Getting the iPhone into camera mode and to first shot could be easier and quicker.
Reds were soft and contrast was very high in test shots.
Ridiculously expensive.
Lack of Flash support.
Absence of USB mass storage mode.
No file sharing over Bluetooth.
No FM radio.
No widgets.
No DivX XviD support.
Hand placement can disrupt cellular signals.
Glass front and back could prove overly fragile.
Not able to play back HD video to external display.
The hot-spot feature didn't work with all devices.
Hotspot interrupted by incoming calls.
Can't use voice and data simultaneously.
No 4G.
No world roaming.
Only available in 16GB or 32GB.
