Amazing screen, great picture quality and sensitivity, Touchwiz UI is the best to grace Android yet, Camera great for shooting in welllit areas.

The Samsung Fascinate offers a gorgeous Super AMOLED touch screen, a 1GHz processor, and a great multimedia experience. The smartphone can be used as a mobile hot spot.
Display looks great, 4inch size is a sweet spot, Camera is extremely capable

Cons

Connectivity can hang at times, Camera suffers in lowlight
Feels a little like a toy, Back scratches easily
Still on Android 2.1, Forced use of Bing; against Android principles, Cheapfeeling side buttons.
Touch controls backlighting out-of-sync with screen, Inconsistent network connectivity, No front-facing camera, Lock/hold switch in camera mode, Only 2GB built-in memory
No shutter button, no Google search option, very poor speakerphone
GPS isn't always accurate, Search is restricted to Bing
Can't change default search engine from Bing, Google Maps/Navigation not included, Mediocre call quality in noisy environments
GPS positioning isn't always accurate. For now, you can't save apps to an SD card or voice dial over Bluetooth. Search is locked to Bing.
TouchWiz skin is superfluous, Phone is prone to freezes, Bing is default search engine, can't be changed
Inaccurate voice dialing. Poor microphone noise cancellation.
