Relatively Quiet.
Seagate DiscWizard software simplifies accessing the full capacity.
Very good 162 MB/s read bandwidth with ATTO Benchmark.

Cons

The drive heats up like a stove.
Full capacity is accessible only after a workaround.
The price can buy you more storage space if you get lower capacity drives instead.
Expensive.
DiscWizard software slightly clunky.
