Using the medium quality preset the Radeon HD 4770 becomes a feasible option if you ever wanted to use this combination of settings. Those with slower graphics cards are going to need to either reduce the visual quality settings further or the resolution. That said, at 2560x1600 using the medium quality preset, affordable graphics cards such as the Radeon HD 5750 are more than capable to handle StarCraft II.
