When comparing the E6850 and the E8400, both of which operate at 3.0GHz we see that the E8400 is 14% faster in the OpenGL rendering test and 9% faster for the multi-GPU rendering test. The E8400 is much faster than the E8200 in both tests while it is only slightly slower than the E8500.
