Pros

More balanced sound signature; good build quality; looks better than predecessor.
Comfortable, replaceable cushions, bass, volume, clarity
Solid, distortion-free audio performance. Some unexpected sub-bass response. Very lightweight and comfortable. Folds flat for easy storage.
Lightweight and comfortable design; sealed earcups isolate wearer from ambient noise; headphones fold flat; detachable cord; detailed sound with well-defined bass.

Cons

Treble sounds harsh at higher volumes; expensive; requires some power to really shine.
Price
Sculpted frequency response not ideal for audiophiles. ¼-inch adapter is not included.
Sound can be a tad brash.
