Pros

Compact design.
Semimodular.
Plenty of connectors (appropriate for a 1000W power supply).
Excellent 12V regulation.
Well behaved ripple.
5 year warranty from a well established company.

Cons

Calling this a 1200W is a stretch.
Priced against other, better quality power supplies on the market that easily do 1200W.
Regulation from DC to DC VRM's for nonprimary rails is not too hot.
Price.
