High platter density.
Excellent overall performance.

Cons

Full capacity is accessible only after using a workaround or GPT mode.
SATA 6Gb/s interface is underutilized.
Slightly higher than normal power consumption.
Can't match Western Digital's warranty period (3 vs. 5 years)
