GTAV fans that game at 4K resolutions will enjoy what the GeForce GTX 980 Ti has to offer, as we saw a very playable 44fps at 2160p. This meant that the GTX 980 Ti was just 6% slower than the Titan X, while it was 22% faster than the GTX 980 and 33% faster than the R9 290X.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt was tested using the ultra-quality settings which means Nvidia's HairWorks was fully enabled. For the AMD GPUs we did reduce the maximum tessellation level of 8x and TemporalAA was disabled when testing the Radeon R9 295X2 as this setting has an adverse effect on Crossfire performance.

The GeForce GTX 980 Ti averaged 51fps at 1600p, making it 28% faster than the GTX 980 and 34% faster than the Radeon R9 290X. At 2160p the GTX 980 Ti was just 6% slower than the Titan X, while it was 36% faster than the GTX 980 and R9 290X.

The GeForce GTX 980 Ti averaged a very playable 75fps at 2160p, making it just 1fps or 1% slower than the Titan X, while it was 27% faster than the GTX 980 and 60% faster than the R9 290X.
