The Visiontek Radeon HD 4870 again does quite well, this time in Unreal Tournament 3. Though both of the GeForce GTX cards take a big lead at 1440x900, at higher resolutions they are more easily matched by the rest of the pack on this older title.

Turning on 8xAA/16xAF in Unreal Tournament 3 did not allow the Visiontek Radeon HD 4870 to gain any ground on the GeForce GTX competition. Although frame rates are high enough, Unreal Tournament 3 favors dramatically newer generation GeForce GTXs.
