Here we are once again at 2560x1600. It seems multi-GPU configurations are a must at this resolution level. The Radeon HD 6970 and GeForce GTX 580 provided a smidge over 40fps. Those wanting 60fps+ will have to look at graphics cards such as the GeForce GTX 590 and Radeon HD 6990, which delivered 69fps and 79fps, respectively.
Dual Radeon HD 6970 and GeForce GTX 580 SLI boards delivered virtually the same performance. Both managed to crack the 80fps barrier, with neither dipping below 60fps for the minimum.
