Benchmarks: SiSoftware Sandra XII

The memory performance figures of the Phenom processors are quite good and at the same clock frequency they are slightly better than the Athlon64 X2. The Core 2 Duo E8400 delivered a similar memory bandwidth, while the Q6600 was roughly 400-500MB/s slower.

The SiSoftware Sandra synthetic processor performance test indicates that the Phenom offers similar iSSE3 performance when compared to the Core 2 processors. However the Core 2 Quad Q6600 had a significant advantage in the ALU test, providing 14% more performance than the Phenom 9900.
