Here we see that the GTX 980 Ti consumes roughly the same amount of power as the Titan X, with a system consumption of 298 watts that is just 3% less than the Titan X and 9% more than the GTX 980.

Again we see that the GTX 980 Ti consumes 3% less than the Titan X and 11% more than the GTX 980. Meanwhile the GTX 980 Ti consumed 3% less than the Radeon R9 290X and 43% less than the R9 295X2.

The GeForce GTX 980 Ti consumed just 2% less power than the Titan X in Tomb Raider and 1% more than the R9 290X.

The GeForce GTX 980 Ti would cool down to just 30 degrees with an ambient room temp of 21 degrees, though the card did hit 84 degrees when under load in Crysis 3, or slightly hotter than the Gigabyte WindForce 3X R9 290X and the same temp as the Titan X.
