Benchmarks: Far Cry, F.E.A.R



The FarCry maximum in-game quality performance was quite good on the VisionTek Radeon X1600XT. While the GeForce 7600GS was 23% faster than the Radeon X1300 Pro, the X1600XT was just 5% faster than the 7600GS. Therefore, the performance margins between the AGP X1600XT and 7600GS are negligible.



Talking of insignificant performance margins, there was literally no difference between the 7600GS and the X1600XT in F.E.A.R. Both cards only delivered playable performance at 1024x768 with low quality in-game settings enabled.
