Benchmarks: World in Conflict, Unreal Tournament 3
When testing with World in Conflict, the GTX 285 card is just a few frames per second faster than the original GeForce GTX 280. The slight performance improvement didn't do a great deal for getting the GTX 285 at the level of dual GPU cards.
The Asus Extreme NGTX285 TOP shows strong performance gains over the original GTX 280 in Unreal Tournament 3. At 2560x1600 for example, the card was an impressive 20% faster, though it was still 22% slower than the Radeon HD 4870 X2.
