In terms of operating efficiency, the Asrock P55 Extreme4 fared quite well despite using 7% more power than the Asus P7P55D Deluxe under full load. On the other hand, at idle, Asrock's latest motherboard used 7% less power than the Asus P7P55D Deluxe which was an interesting discovery.
