- Before you download create a new directory on your hard drive: c:\dj960.
- Download the driver to the newly created c:\dj960 directory.
- Open the c:\dj960 directory and double-click on the downloaded "exe" file. Once the files are loaded, you should see an "hp deskjet 960c series printer" screen. If you do not see a welcome "hp deskjet 960c series printer" screen, please proceed to step #4 to manually open this welcome screen. Otherwise go to step #8.
- If you did not see a welcome "hp deskjet 960c series printer" screen, open the 3 letter language directory in the c:\dj960 directory by double-clicking on the folder. For example, if you have the English driver you will see a directory named "enu".
