The Inquirer has posted some information on upcoming Pentium 4/M
and Celerons, by the end of the year Intel expects to have broken the 4GHz barrier.
As for Pentium M
CPUs, a 2MB Dothan core-based (90nm) version should be available by the begining of next month. Also Prescott core-based Celerons will be available at 2.80GHz & 2.53GHz frequencies, with a 3GHz expected before the end of the year.
