Microsoft revenue climbs 15 percent: The world's largest software vendor reported net income of $2.69 billion on revenue of $9.29 billion for the fourth quarter of its 2004 fiscal year, ended June 30. That compared to net income of $1.48 billion on revenue of $8.07 billion in the year-earlier period, the company said in a statement.

  1. msft is down an additional 3% today as even news of it's dividend payback isn't soliciting a buy in on the stock.
