NVIDIA to bring back SoundStorm

It looks like NVIDIA is going to have another crack at bringing us a sound solution when they have a second spin of "popular but ill-fated" audio solution SoundStorm. Although NVIDIA is still trying to work out how best to deliver SoundStorm as a product, apparently SoundStorm 2 is in the works and should, according to NVIDIA, "come in a way that you won't expect." Exactly what this means is currently anyone's guess, but one notion is that a GeForce card could appear which has audio as well as graphical capabilities. More here.
