Yahoo increases inbox capacity to 1 GB

Yahoo has once again boosted the size of the inbox capacity that users get as part of its free Web mail service. Users can now expect a capacity of one gigabyte of memory. The changes are expected to happen some time in late April or early May.

The move, Yahoo's third such expansion in nine months, means Yahoo e-mail users will have more memory than the Microsoft Corp.'s Hotmail clients and as much as Google Inc.'s Gmail users.
