Are you ready for the "terabyte lifestyle"?

For a long time, there's been some fierce competition going on between hard drive manufacturers, trying to come up with the 'latest and greatest product' in order to differentiate themselves. Seagate has recently announced several new products that are supposedly for people that want to live the "terabyte lifestyle".

One of those products is a 2.5-inch 160GB HD which uses something called "perpendicular recording". Seagate also announced 20GB and 40GB hard drives designed for cars that can allegedly withstand extreme temperatures.
