Dolby, a true pioneer in their field, has created a new innovation in lossless audio technology, dubbed "Dolby TrueHD." Quality equalling the "highest-resolution studio masters currently available" is promised, when the technology is paired with the most recent developments in high-definition optical disc formats. Essential for next-gen hi-def entertainment, TrueHD has been adopted for use with both HD DVD and Blu-ray disc formats.
