BenQ releases 2ms response LCD

Last week we heard about an impressive Asus LCD that could manage to give us a blistering 3ms response time. They've been one-upped already by BenQ FP93G X which boasts a response that is a mere 2ms. This puts the 19” LCD at the very top of the line and though while the contrast ratio and brightness aren't all that impressive, the size and speed of the monitor make it clear that it is geared towards gamers. Available as soon as next month, it probably won't be cheap, but that's the way it goes. It supports D-Sub, and the release price is not known yet. It is clear, though, that soon LCDs will catch up with CRTs for image quality. Then the only barrier for them to break is price.
