Motorola plans to refurbish its iTunes ROKR phone, with a new phone in the works that will boast a 1 megapixel camera, a 3.5mm earphone jack, and will be able to hold 1,000 songs. The company, working with the ROKR's US network provider Cingular, are making efforts to get the phone just right. iTunes will of course be part of the package, as well as other features including streamed commercial-free music radio, and access to a music to mobile retail service.

"Cingular expects to offer subscribers the best array of music options anywhere. Those who prefer iTunes will have the Apple service available."
