Currently available exclusively on T-Mobile, the Sidekick II was released today. The device boasts many interesting and useful features, including AOL Instant Messaging, the ability to push e-mail automatically to your Sidekick, wireless synchronisation to your desktop, quick and easy typing on a full QWERTY keyboard, built-in digital camera with flash, and of course the ability to surf the Net.

The likes of Paris Hilton & Nicole Richie are some of the more famous people owning Sidekicks as initially Danger(the company behind the Sidekick) shoved the device into the hands of photographers, designers, artists, models and journalists.

Hank Nothhaft, the head of Danger said the device was not aimed at celebrity tarts but "tech savvy 18-34 year-olds who blog, post pictures online and use instant messaging."
