DC-WCPW450: Innovative Watercooled Powersupply

By

On May 26, 2006, 5:42 AM

The Japanese reseller Digital Cowboy will in mid July start selling a rather interesting cooling solution dubbed "Water Cowboy". A Powersupply from Seventeam retrofitted with a waterpump and radiator inside the unit itself. With an accompanying "external" waterblock for the CPU in the system. Source: Johnny Guru.

The idea is rather impressive. The finished systems looks very clean. Have a look at the linked site where more pictures are available. At 28000 Yen (about $230) it is pretty affordable also, compared to building your own watercooling system, that is. You can follow this link to get a google translation of the linked site.
