Windows Vista provides some groovy new features to manage windows, some of those being Windows Flip and Windows Flip 3D. These features allow you to switch through open windows, providing a live thumbnail of each running program, rather than just a generic icon and file name. With Flip 3D, you can flip through open windows in a stack, and quickly locate and select the one you want to work with.

Already, peripherals manufacturers have caught on to this new feature, and are providing hardware that will be compatible with it. One such example is the Logitech Cordless Desktop MX 3200 Laser - a wireless keyboard/mouse combo designed with Vista in mind. The kit will be available for $99.99 this October in the U.S., and available in Europe this December. A button is provided that lists current open applications and windows, and allows users to switch between them, and that button is compatible with the Windows Vista Flip3D feature, according to Logitech.

The keyboard also has a digital display that lists the time, date and keyboard battery life. Both the keyboard and mouse are made of Logitech's new AgION material which, according to the company, is resistant to bacteria, mold and mildew growth.
