SCO just isn't getting a break. Continuing to pour money into expensive lawsuits against companies like IBM, SCO has fallen so far that they again are facing delisting from the Nasdaq. Over the course of the past few years we've seen them attack many different companies over Linux copyrights, mostly to their own peril. While they have had some small successes, for the most part they are finding themselves in a losing battle.

Could this be a sign of impending demise? They certainly don't seem to have a forward-looking business plan, aside from suing people.
