Poor Vonage. It has been a bad few years for them. They've been shoveling out money left and right to companies like Sprint and Verizon
. They've been plagued with security woes
. All of this and more has led to the company having difficulty staying afloat.
Despite all their troubles, they are still manage to increase in value
, probably since the liability of owning a piece of Vonage is going down. That said, they are still $16 million behind and the amount of cancellations has been increasing, primarily due to customer service issues.
It would be a shame to see one of the pioneers of VoIP be crushed, so I hope they manage to fully recover.
