During the Taiwan Embedded Forum, AMD announced the addition
of three new processors and a chipset to their embedded roadmap. The AMD Turion 64 X2 Dual-Core processors TL-56 and TL-62 offer 64-bit application performance and low power, while the new Sempron 3700+ offers additional performance. These new processors can be coupled with the 690-based AMD M690E chipset, which can playback high definition content for embedded applications.
