Psystar still selling Mac clones despite lawsuit

Despite the fact things have looked grim for Psystar in recent days, what with their office going up for sale and being forced to face Apple in court, the company is determined to plod along. They are being resistant to Apple's attempt to shut them down, and even though they are currently being sued they claim they are still shipping their Mac clone machines.

With production costs that are just a fraction of Apple's, Psystar has apparently discovered a very lucrative portion of the market – those who want Macs on the cheap – and also struck a nerve with Apple. Eventually this will come to the attention of the courts, and the legality of Psystar’s actions will be tested. Apple was likely hoping to scare Psystar into settling and shutting down, but now it seems they are in this until the very bitter end.
