Konami teases next Metal Gear game
A cryptic teaser hinting at the “next Metal Gear” has been spotted at Konami’s website, showing nothing but a mathematical sum with two alert symbols equaling what looks like a power symbol. Quite what it means is anyone’s guess, but it has led to a lot of speculation that the new game is coming to Xbox 360 due to an uncanny resemblance between the power symbol and the console’s famed ring.

Konami did recently imply it may be considering bringing the title to Microsoft's console due to the system's growing popularity. Then again, the power button symbol that appears in the teaser image is used on many other consoles and electronic devices, and the "i" and "!" could also be related to the Wii, iPhone, DSi, iPod or something else entirely. Konami isn't saying anything just yet but a multi-platform release would certainly make sense, monetarily speaking at least. Hopefully we'll have a more concrete answer soon.

Perhaps, it is a mathematical equation in it's entirety. "i" in math, is the symbol for an imaginary number, in this case, a single "i" equals square root -1. and an exclamation point means factoring. so 3! in math means: 3*2*1=6, and 6!=6*5*4*3*2*1=720. so perhaps it "i+1!=variable just my two cents, i'll have to think it over more.. |
