Cumulative Patch for Internet Explorer

This is more of Thomas' kind of post but he's away for a couple of days so here you have. With all the press the Blaster worm got and those new bug exploits (like that recent mail worm) sure people is getting their system patched more properly.

Impact of vulnerability: Two new vulnerabilities, the most serious of which could enable an attacker to run arbitrary code on a user’s system if the user either browsed to a hostile Web site or opened a specially crafted HTML-based email message.
