Any help would be welcome  LNCPapa 09-09-2004, 01:56 PM Not sure about any converting - but PK3 files are just zip files as far as I know. I used to add maps to my Quake 3 pk3 files by opening them in winzip and adding to them that way. Ad 09-09-2004, 01:56 PM edgarzvl 09-10-2004, 02:26 PM thus, zipping my map files in to pk3 files (with Pakscape) will make the work with SOF2? And how do i zip them with that program? There is no option for zipping any file or directory as far as i can see. MrGaribaldi 09-10-2004, 02:46 PM First I'd try to just create a regular .zip and rename it to ..pk3... If that doesn't work you can try the following: (not sure if this will work, but worth a shot) Find a .pk3 in your SOF2 dir, and copy it with a new name (ie "my.pk3). Open it with WinZip, WinRAR or similar program and delete all the files in the .pk3. Add the files/directories you want in it. Close file. Now SOF2 should hopefully be able to use it. |
