Warning Dangerous Spyware Desktop

Hello to all!
This is my first post and the fist time that I log in a forum.
First of all sorry for my english, i will try to do my best..
I have a problem with my laptop, I have a strange kind of virus that shows me a message in my desktop saing: Warning Dangerous spyware and every 2 minutes a Warnig security report apears in the task bar.
I have used HijackThis and this is the log file that it has created (see attached file)
I don't know what I have to do now. I need help.
Thanks.

Whatever you do, do NOT click on any suggestions made by those popups. That will allow the true spyware or virus free access to your machine.

Can you download anything? If you can, download SuperAntiSpyware and MalwareBytes.Update both and run both.

Glad to have been of service. But you might want to run 1-2 more times. I have seen where when something is cleared out of the way, something else is hidden behind it, so take precautions.

You really need to do the 8 Steps!

Do the TechSpot 8 steps: UPDATED 8-step Viruses/Spyware/Malware Preliminary Removal Instructions

Skip no steps (do not install another virus scanner as you already have one).

Most importantly update MalwareBytes and SuperAntiSptware!

Before you scan with SuperAntiSpyWare do the below:

SuperAntispyware extra config

After installed double-click the icon on your desktop to run it.

Update the program definitions.

Click the Preferences button.

Then Scanning Control.

In Scanner Options make sure all boxes are checked except #3 Ignore System Restore.. are checked:

MalwareBytes extra config

After update but before running
Click settings and confirm all are Checked.

I repeat Update these 2 programs.

Run them and attach their logs.

Run the MBAM Update it, with the modifications, again.
